It’s something that I’m most definitely looking at, but I have a few things to get past.

The first one to avoid, well, you saw this coming, is candy. Sure, you can get a sweet pick me up but you’ll crash and burn even harder. Yeah, they’re delicious, I, myself, love the seductive taste of the succulent sugary blends that melt in your mouth, or make you chew them until your jaw hurts from awesome. There may be an addiction there, but I’m sure I’m not the only one. I refuse to completely stay away from candy, but I’m going to moderate it so my meals don’t consist of cotton candy pork chops and jelly bean rice.

Another one is white flour. White flour lacks nutritional value because it is highly processed. They call it “enriched wheat flour.” Well, my friend, all it enriches is the size of your wardrobe because you just can’t get rid of that pair of pants, I mean, what if you can squeeze into them again sometime?

The third one I have here is soda pop!! Yes, it’s delicious and it quenches a thirst, but the dyes and the sugars in it are not good for you. Just cutting soda out of your diet alone can rid of you of unneeded calories that you don’t have time to work off! Again, this one is one of my guilty pleasures. I hate the taste of water, and the water in Ontario tastes funny. Maybe because I’m from Saskatchewan and I’m not used to it yet… But seriously, I swear I taste floaties.

Oh, yum. The fourth on the list is potato chips. And seriously, who doesn’t like chips? I’ve fallen victim to corn chips and I haven’t done research on the pros and cons between potato chips and corn chips yet… But think of all of the salt and unhealthy oils all over those sinister, crunchy snacks. That and there is a lot of sugar in them.

CHEESE! This one makes me laugh… I hate cheese.. So sue me. But this one can apparently add flavour to a lot of things, but by doing so, you are also adding a lot of fat that you DON’T want. There are fats that are good for you, this just isn’t one of them.

Why do we cook bacon and bake cookies? Good question philosoraptor! Cookies seem like a no brainer, think of what you put in them. The eggs are a mere adhesive for all of the ingredients. Even if the cookies say that they are low in SOMETHING, they will not help you with your goals. So maybe put your Oreos away, and try to ignore the fresh peanut butter cookies your grandma just brought over… But you don’t want to offend her… so maybe just one…

Beef, bologna and pork are some of my favourite meats. Well, YEAH, the fat holds all of the flavour!!! That’s apparently not a good thing anymore… Just don’t eat this stuff daily, if you’re into fish (ew) you could eat that a couple more times a week. Or chicken, oh yes, chicken.

Whole milk, well that sounds disgusting. Aim for 2% or, even better for this goal, 1%. The only reason for this is that whole milk still contains cream, and cream isn’t exactly healthy. I wouldn’t recommend just cutting milk out either way, moderation is a good thing, just try not to drink the whole jug of whole milk in a day.

BOOOOOZE! Yeah, partying is fun, but you CAN do it sober. I’ve done it, and when I’m out, I’m usually sober. If you can’t have fun sober, can you really have FUN at all? Alcohol is full of empty calories, look at your dad’s beer gut and tell me I’m wrong!

Oh chocolate, the greatest creation EVER. The pure taste of awesome, the epic transcendence into the chocolaty vortex with only a delectable tingle on your tongue… I love chocolate, I really do. But milk chocolate is the WORST for you, probably why it’s so delicious. There are some types of dark chocolate that are good for your metabolism (and your skin) but there are exceptional amounts of sugar that your body will turn into fat (in milk chocolate.)

And the last one here is the DEFINITE no brainer. Fried foods. I know that cheese burger at McDonalds is seducing you with that sultry pickle toothed grin but say NO! Your lust for this adultery sandwich can sabotage your plan. With the convenience of fried foods, it’s that much harder to not eat them. But this is definitely a huge one to avoid.

Like I’ve previously said, moderation is a good thing. Some of these foods need more moderation than others. Some, shouldn’t even be moderated, but completely disintegrated from your meal plan, you can’t help but want the deliciousness they offer. So don’t cut anything out because that just makes things harder on you. Just try cutting down. Eventually, you might not even want it anymore!

Skin Care

After you’ve decided what skin type you have, here is a website absolutely full of ways to take care of your skin! This skin type is generally free of blemishes aside from one here and there and it has a nice glow and never feels oily or dry. Less than 2 out of every 10 women have this skin type, so if you do, you are extremely fortunate. Even so, this does not mean that you shouldn’t take care of it.<u2:p></u2:p>

Dry Skin

Dry skin has a fine texture and is transparent looking.
